State Specific Question About: OHIO (OH)

Provided 35 day notice (per lease 30 required)-a process servicer personally served the letter and a letter was sent too. SMHA advised about notice both by email and verbally. Metro acknowledged to me her request for a voucher which they granted her another voucher good 60-90 days. I called them and they said my lease stands regardless regarding the dates. Get a call tonight from renter saying she is staying until Oct and that I didn't give her enough notice and should have written her a letter. Claimed I acted like I care for her and I don't etc. Everything was left on my voicemail and of course she was mocking me. I don't understand how I did everything by the book and she can violate the lease and get away wih it? SMHA knew in advance....I don't how this could be permitted...I am in bind here-house has been for sale and she won't permit inside pics. Lawyer said juthe right to not let me publish them....I need this house sold ASAP and this will delay things even more. Any advice? --75.185.xxx.xx

I disagree - you SHOULD have pics of the property when it is VACANT without her belongings.

That said, having her items featured on the web is a No-No and if her apt is broken into, she is robbed, it is YOUR and your agent's FAULT. --184.2.xx.xxx
