State Specific Question About: INDIANA (IN)

Anyone know an insurance company that will take a high-risk fixer upper in Indiana?

ISSUES

1. House needs work. Current insurance company want to drop insurance coverage due to needed repairs.

2. House WILL get repaired, but only after legal situation with current tenant is resolved & tenant is out.

3. House had a claim on it in 2009 and insurance companies are balking at insuring due to having a prior claims.

4. Current tenant is uncooperative.

5. Need insurance in 1 week.

There absolutely has to be an insurance company out there that deals with fixer-uppers. If you know one please send contact info.

THANKS!

House is in Indianapolis. I live in NJ, which makes me reliant on tenant cooperating. --167.211.xx.xx
