State Specific Question About: INDIANA (IN)

I have spoken two attorneys that come from Real Estate law that are absolutely no help to me at all. Does anyone know of a Landlord/tenant attorney who is well versed whose office is in Northwest, Indiana...(Dyer, Merrillville, Schererville, Highland, St. John...ect.)? Thanks for your help! --24.14.xx.xxx

Check with a clerk at the court house and see who does the most successful filings.

Many file many case and let them set.

I want one that will file discovery, and not afraid to burn the tree. We are there only to win.

You also want to be in the right court, as the law is left up to interpretation.

I do not always get what I want, but we have never lost a case. --67.163.xx.xxx

Crabriella,

What in(IN)stated.

Look for the closes LL Association and ask them.

You may also try the local Sherrif's Dept. as they are the ones that are on "standy" to physically remove tenants and their stuff when the court orders said tenants to move. --64.12.xxx.xx
