State Specific Question About: MARYLAND (MD)
I want to start a property management company. I have 2 rental properties that I own and would bring on as my first two "clients". Anyone out there with advice on how to start up? --169.253.x.xx |

I'm pretty sure that to manage other people's property you have to be licensed in some way. You are going to be handling money etc. Different states have different requirements. --173.16.xx.xxx |

I'd be working on 2 questions...
What are the legal requirements in my state?, and
How will I find my third through fiftieth client?
I started my PM company after I owned 50 units and was already managing full time anyway. --108.87.xx.xxx |
