State Specific Question About: OHIO (OH)
We are in the process of establishing a LLC partnership for our four house rental business. On our tight budget I am trying to find the cheapest solution. Mr. Landlord offers a package covering, creation of one LLC, and lots of documents and tips including a more than 100 pages OA document. The price is $595. Specifically written for real estate. Then legalzoom.com have other LLC offers at a fraction of the above price.
I believe that Mr. Landlord's package is superior. Already learned information from there - that I didn't from Legal Zoom. Apparently "LLC partnership" is the way to go.
What do you recommend?
Also, approximately how many additional expenses can we expect on a yearly basis, due to changing over to the LLC partnership?

I bought that package... we already had an LLC.
I found this week that in SC, there are LLCs, and LLPs... the LLP being Limited Liability Partnership. I think this is what Al would recommend, but I'll ask.
My point is, you need to be state specific.
My costs: $130 to form the LLC, I think only $20 each to move the properties into it (no loans on any, so it was easy). If there is an annual fee, it's just a few dollars. Don't remember for sure.
Again, specific to your state. --141.129.x.xx |
