someone had report of drugs in apt.u could get little fifty dollar camera that doesnt look like a camera at whatever works.com and use it at bldg entrance to see whats what.1-800-499-6757.also if news leaks out that police are watching bldg that often scares them off.also if police car drives slowly past at night periodically that helps. --173.14.xxx.xxx
