State Specific Question About: PENNSYLVANIA (PA)
I was told recently by my insurance co. that I'm maxed out as far as how many SFH's they will cover for me under a residential fire policy. I would have to go to a commercial policy for any additional purchases which based on quotes is almost 3x per property. Was wondering what other companies your using that are comparable to my current co. which is Erie. --70.15.xxx.xxx |

Travelers and Safeco through an agent. When the max out problem came years ago I just moved to more companies. --173.79.xx.xxx |

My insurance company is ALFA. They have no limit on the number of rental properties they will insure as long as they insure your primary residence. All insurance companies have their "quirks" and my insurance company is no different. --76.18.xxx.xxx |

Try finding an agent for goodville or elizabethtown insurance, both very affordable insurers in PA. You could also call Hal at enders insurance, linglestown PA and see if he could write where you are. --71.251.xxx.xxx |
