My tenant has been given a hot tub that she would like to put in the backyard of my rental home (duplex).She plans to stay another 2 years, and keeps up the home beautifully.Would like to say yes to her request.Any reasons why not? My last tenant who also had a hot tub wanted to place in under the covered patio. I had no problem so long as they got a licensed electrian to hook it up with a GFI breaker and matained a liability policy. --173.55.xxx.xxx |

Why would she be leaving in 2 years? Is there something in it for you? It is striking how those tenants with the most demands often stay the shortest time. A lady who wanted 220 Volts etc., next month she files for bk. The list is endless. I'm no paranoid about stuff like this --125.25.xx.xx |
