If I had never done it before , I'd contact an atty that does evictions. I'd look for someone who would do it for a flat rate. I would learn all I could during the process for future reference. And I'd get right on it. --108.73.xx.xx

If you are in Cook County hire a lawyer. If not, you serve a 5-day Pay or Quit. After the 5 days has passed you go to your county courthouse and file for Forcible Entry and Detainer. You will get a court date. Show up and tell the judge they didn't pay rent.

usually getting them out on mtm isnt too hard especially if they are not paying.try to give no reason or maybe say your neice wants it.hope u have a neice .get landlord tenant atty.give them 1 rental period notice and off they go.or court lets u toss them. --173.14.xxx.xxx
