State Specific Question About: WISCONSIN (WI)

do you think minimal upgrades are the way to go for a bottom line market? Shower heads ceiling fans etc --67.184.xxx.xxx

I believe that ceiling fans are a nice addition wherever you are . Help cool in the summer and make heating easier in the winter. --99.151.xx.xx

If you're looking low end, paint and new floors usually will do the trick... if it's not broken, wait for them to break it before you improve it. --75.6.x.xxx

I'm trying to offer a fresh bright look. And I like Hoodster's answer. --125.27.xx.xx

Paint. Use Kilm Beige by Sherwin-Williams with a satin finish on walls, semi-gloss white on trim, flat or ceiling paint white on ceilings. Buy a decent can of paint (not Walmart brand), and one coat may do. --66.228.xxx.xxx
