State Specific Question About: GEORGIA (GA)
My previous tenant owed me rents and moved out without proper checking out. So, I filed a small claim against her. I don't have her current address, but her employer address. When the shariff served the lawsuit paper, the Human Resource of her company said that she worked from home and did not provide her address. How can I find out her current address? Is there anyway to ask her company to provide us her address?
Thanks,
Mrs. Lin --71.56.xx.xx |

Consider hiring a professional process server to find and serve her....may cost $50-100... --96.239.xxx.xxx |

Check GA law for the rules about service of a small claims summons.
For example, in CA, a summons may be served by leaving a copy of the summons and complaint during usual office hours in his or her office with the person who is apparently in charge thereof, and by thereafter mailing a copy of the summons and
complaint by first-class mail, postage prepaid to the person to be served at the place where a copy of the summons and complaint were left.
Check GA rules for service of a small claims summons.

Subpoena The HR people as witness see how they like that .
Also you can try US SEARCH.COM , Try address correction through the Post Office. Call the contact numbers you got from the tenant's rental application . Talk to their former neighbors sometimes $10 will get you the info you need Another site you might try is Freeality.com --99.151.xx.xx |

As witnesses to what?
The defendant will still have to be served in order for the hearing to begin. Reid, do you expect to examine the HR people without the defendant even being notified of the hearing, much less able to defend against whatever they answer?
