State Specific Question About: ARIZONA (AZ)

I have a month to month tenant that needs a 5 day notice for non-payment. Should the same 5 day notice be served on the Cosigners? Is the cosigner still bound by the original 1 year lease from years ago? --137.100.xxx.xx

Yes they all get a copy and are all liable for the unpaid rent , late charges and coming legal expenses. --99.151.xx.xx
