I never use oven cleaner on the top of a stove. I would use soft scrub w/bleach and around the burners I would use a fine pad and have even used fingernails. After rinsing I wax with car wax anf buff to a shine before putting burners back in. I only use oven cleaner under the stove top or in an oven that isn't self-clean. --173.218.xxx.xx |

Carbauretor cleaner will take off tough baked on grease. Watch out though it's flamable. --99.151.xx.xx |

Krud Kutter. It works wonders on burned-on grease. Spray on, leave to soak in, then scrub with a toothbrush or plastic scrub pad. For things like oven grates, put Krud Kutter full strength in a pan and soak the grates in it. The greasy gunk comes off like magic. --70.143.xx.xx |
