State Specific Question About: NORTH CAROLINA (NC)

I would like to create a brief addendum requiring my tenants to maintain the grounds while they are legal occupants. Is there a proper legal way to do this or can I simply create a document and have a signature/date line? Thanks! --71.75.xx.xxx

AND YOU BOTH AGREE.. TO HAVE IT TAKE EFFECT DURING THE LEASE PERIOD.. YOUR FINE..

IF YOU HAVE A LEASE AND THEY WILL NOT AGREE.. YOU'LL WAIT TILL THE END OF THE LEASE.. TO RENEW WITH NEW TERMS...
