You can find one in a book available "The Landlord's Kit" on this site by clicking on the Books link at the top of this page. LOt's of other good usable forms in this great book.

Be beware, almost all states require that you have a brokers license to manage property for others. Check with the MS Realator Board to see if you need a broker's license --96.239.xxx.xxx
