State Specific Question About: MARYLAND (MD)
What is the process of evicting a tennant using illeagal drugs in the house and putting roommates in violation of probation? --68.33.xx.xxx |

Does your lease prohibit illegal acts? Unless you have such a provision in the lease, I don't know if there is anything you can do.

You need proof of an illegal activity, usually very difficult to get.
Try to find another legal reason to evict.
I got a drug dealer out on illegal parking. I also had proof from the towing company & the courtesy patrol I used. --99.158.xxx.xxx |

what kind of drugs?marijuana is very common.but cocaine ,heroin etc are less common(i believe) and deadly.if it was just marijuana i would be inclined to pretend i havent noticed it.i know its hard to tell difference.if they are using hard stuff they will probably start selling it and if they do they will get a police raid eventually.then u toss them.get restraining order and they are out.most dont fight the ro. --173.14.xxx.xxx |

I can almost guarantee it's marijuana. People who write "illegal drugs" are being alarmist and making a mountain out of a mole hill. If they are otherwise good tenants I would ignore this. --75.73.xxx.xxx |

unless the 5-0 are putting heat on your building, it's probably easiest to look the other way until the lease ends and then do not renew it

I believe it's heroin. Syringes laying all over their room. Unfortunately, I was trying to be nice to my daughter's friends and don't have a lease. They have been given 30 day's notice, so I'll see how that plays out. --68.33.xx.xxx |
