my tenant after 8 years left the house. He also left a roomamte and I did not have a lease with old tenant nor roomate. How do I get them and there stuff out? --65.211.xxx.xx

Is rent paid up? If so give them 30 day notice. If not give them 5 day notice.

Whether you rented to him or not he is now considered your tenant and you have to follow the process. --208.94.xxx.xxx
