Read your state laws (there is a link above). I know in TX it is 30 days if there is no written lease but MN may be different. Make sure the notice is in writing and properly served (just hand it to her directly and sign that you did so). If she does not move after that time you must evict. You seem new at this so I would recommend hiring a flat rate eviction attorney. --192.91.xxx.xx |

Contact your local police department regarding the harassment, possibly be able to get a restraining order to where she can't come within a certain distance of you.
