Did that and she refused. said she has 90 days. and that she can dictate who lives in my home. she is harassing me at work and sending me abusive text messages on my phone calling me names and demanding things. --173.226.xx.x

Read your state laws (there is a link above). I know in TX it is 30 days if there is no written lease but MN may be different. Make sure the notice is in writing and properly served (just hand it to her directly and sign that you did so). If she does not move after that time you must evict. You seem new at this so I would recommend hiring a flat rate eviction attorney. --192.91.xxx.xx

Contact your local police department regarding the harassment, possibly be able to get a restraining order to where she can't come within a certain distance of you.

One of my former tenants did that to her roommate (ex-boyfriend) police informed him he had to leave. --99.158.xxx.xxx
