State Specific Question About: ARIZONA (AZ)
We are seeing really great deals on apartment buildings even in good neighborhoods of Phoenix. Is it worth exploring?
How is the rental market there? --24.6.xxx.xxx |

I'm familiar with the market in Phoenix. I've been watching it for years, but it's still a tough rental market. I know it's one of those markets that landlords have had to give big concessions just to get rented.
Maybe some of the AZ landlords with give their experiences.
Also, state law says you need to be an in-state owner, or have property management in-state. Basically, you need to have a physical address in-state where notices can be mailed. This was to stop out-of-state owners who weren't taking care of the properties. --97.124.xxx.xx |
