State Specific Question About: NEW YORK (NY)

can a landlord charge a developer for placing a scaffold on my property, if so what is fair . scaffold could be for months, also it difficult to rentare they liable. please help me out --24.90.xx.xx

There is too much a liability risk for you to allow a neighbors scaffordling supports to be located on your property. However, if your property is a co-op, condo and shared land, you may have no choice. I would retain a copy of their liability insurance and/or have them post a million dollar bond naming you for protection. --173.60.xx.xx
