State Specific Question About: MAINE (ME)
In your experience, how likely is it that when considering a "7-day Notice To Quit" a judge might consider fleas to be a "nuisance" ?
Fleas can quickly make a place uninhabitable and can spread to other units, which I think would constitute a "nuisance" but will the judge see it that way I wonder...

Good luck. Probably tell you to get an exterminator hired....
But yes, a nuisance to my dog. For sure... --67.236.xxx.xxx |

Judge here is gonna want to see a few 30 notices to cure. And even then- if there are no other tenants- it's not gonna be a winner. --75.44.xxx.xxx |

I should have added that the fleas infested the place as a result of cats that the tenant had acquired, in violation of our strict "no pets and no pet-sitting" policy.
There are other tenants in the building. --166.223.xxx.xxx |
