State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)
I'm ready with my summons and complaints. Help me with procedures on filing for summons and complaint to evict a tenant. Notices have been served. Do I need to file this in court. Do I need to hire a third party server? Please help.
Thanks,

Go to the court and ask the clerk what to do. --4.252.xx.xxx |

you do not need to file it in court until after the response date.
you cannot serve the S&C yourself as a party to the lawsuit.
You need to call a process server, or someone else who knows the proper steps. I would pay a few bucks and get it done right. Or call an eviction attorney and they can help with this.
