State Specific Question About: VERMONT (VT)

I am trying to write up a motion for the courts. The courts ordered our tendant to escrow rent into the courts.Now we are trying to write up something for the courts to give us the money. Is there a special wording that needs to be used for this. --71.235.xxx.xxx

I would strongly sign up with Vermont apartment owners association vaoa dot com

For a yearly fee of $185 they will help you with soooo much. They are lawyers and apt. owners, they also write bills to help Landlords in VT. I have been a member for 4 years and its worth every penny.

Submit the results of the code clearance to get your money, many tenants think they can withhold rent for bad plumbing or heat - this is the correct way and when asked in court if they did this and say no I answer, "your honor it is simply a case where this family does not want to pay the rent and the set-out should be granted, thank you". --76.241.xxx.xxx
