I would strongly sign up with Vermont apartment owners association vaoa dot com
For a yearly fee of $185 they will help you with soooo much. They are lawyers and apt. owners, they also write bills to help Landlords in VT. I have been a member for 4 years and its worth every penny.

Submit the results of the code clearance to get your money, many tenants think they can withhold rent for bad plumbing or heat - this is the correct way and when asked in court if they did this and say no I answer, "your honor it is simply a case where this family does not want to pay the rent and the set-out should be granted, thank you". --76.241.xxx.xxx |
