Can i email a lease for tenant to sign and email back to me? I need to know if it's legally viable without being an original copy inked by both parties? Thanks in advance!

I'm assuming that you mean the tenant prints it out, signs it, scans & emails back, not some sort of electronic signature, correct? If so, that's fine, it's not much different then signing & faxing back, which is done all the time and is considered perfectly legal. --24.178.xxx.xxx

You could do it but it means you still want to meet them for keys, turn off the utilities then go over the house rules about refuse placement, lawn parking and many other rules before giving them the keys. --76.241.xxx.xxx
