Mohammad - there is no official membership to participate in the question and answer segment on this mr landlord web site or to join to take advantage of all of information on this site. It is free and there is no sign up. That is what is so great about this site.
Just ask a question and other landlords here will answer or give their opinions. Or just browse and read the questions that others post.
If you own rental property perhaps there is a local landlord organization or association in your city or town where you meet with other landlords and learn all about landlording.
You would have to join that type of organization where you would pay a small fee to join and would receive very valuable information from that group about screening applicants, having rental criteria, and learn about fair housing and all the Federal and State housing regulations for your particular State.
