State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)

OrEgone has mentioned that in OR, landlords can charge for their time to do repairs (against a security deposit); likewise, I've heard mentioned that CA allows a reasonable charge . . . RR(WA), newbie landlord, and other WA LLs - what about us? I cannot find it cited in the RCW . . . --24.113.xx.xxx

L/T law says:

the landlord shall give a full and specific statement of the basis for retaining any of the deposit together with the payment of any refund due the tenant under the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
