One belongs to a credit bureau where once the applicants completely fills out a rental application then one does a thorough credit check with two credit bureaus. For example Equifax and Trans Union. All adult applicants fill out a rental application where a credit check is done on each applicant. Either the applicant provides three pieces of identificaton or social insurance number. That could be a drivers license, birth certificate and other pieces of identificaton. Here everyone has a health card where in Us there is different system. Three things have to match are the name, birthdate and present address. A utility bill will provide a address. A pay stub will provide employer information. If on the credit reports there are judgements or unpaid utility bills then one should consider another applicant. Unstable rental history where one is moving around every two or three then one is likely getting evicted. Tenant verification has a four page section on the rental fraud game one can consider printing it out. --216.110.xxx.xx

I would advise going in person to the county seat and review the docket, many cases not settled or delayed will be left off the automated search, visit housing court often to learn what local and state laws can be bent towards both the tenant and landlord - this will guide your decisions on pets and folks who carry less than 3Xrent. --76.241.xxx.xxx
