State Specific Question About: TEXAS (TX)

If there is not a provision in your lease, how much notice do you need to provide your tenants before you enter the premises in TX? I'm reading over chapter 92 of the TX Property code but can't find mention of this anywhere.

Thanks! --192.31.xxx.xx

give them 24 hours courtesy notice, as you would like yourself as a renter.

no notice required for perceived emergency --97.94.xxx.xx
