I would suggest visiting housing court to learn the local interpretation of the state laws, here we must use proper size type for notices or you get all the way into court and the judge/magistrate advises to start over using the proper format, keep a copy of your local and state laws in a looseleaf binder for reference anytime. --76.241.xxx.xxx
