State Specific Question About: KENTUCKY (KY)
Has anyone started a small mobile home park from scratch. How difficult is it to get permits, zoning, etc. ? --98.93.xx.xxx |

I haven't done it but it would be pretty easy here . We don't have zoning or permits to worry about . --208.189.xx.xx |

It's KY. I'm sure there are lots of tenants looking to rent trailers. The hoosier in me can't resist to make a poke at KY. We've got lots of them over here too :) --64.233.xxx.xx |

Hi,
It depends on your state zoning laws, it can be expensive to set up, though regular sales have dried up there is always a need for affordable homes. I have a park and sell with owner terms all the time. In fact if you are interested in a good return without the work, email me and I have investor opportunities for buying the homes and us reselling them for an 11% annual ROI email me. tc4gold@gmail.com --68.126.xx.xx |
