You need to contact an Eviction Attorney since you have never done one. Look in the Yellow Pages for Attorney's that specialize in Evictions and compare prices, etc. --184.12.xxx.xxx |

It starts with lease violations, the most common is unpaid rent - this happens when it is ignored by the tenant completely or if there was damages billed to that unit and the rent came in without the added damages then the monies applied to the damages and the actual rent amount is short, so you issue a certified letter stating this with the accounting statement of damages and now you follow your state laws on how the clock starts, some are 3day others as much as 14, when this is unpaid you have to decide to evict or wait until the first of the next month - short again, now follow law about depositing a partial and if you can still evict thru court. --76.241.xxx.x |
