I recently releases a tenant from their one year contract with the uderstanding that a ones months rent fee would be charged for early termination of signed contract. I explained that only after they brought the one month rent fee that I would sign a release form to release them from the contract obligation. Well they left the night after without leaving a forwarding address and the ladies cell phone is disconected any sugguestions. --68.206.xxx.xxx |

Call emergecy contacts, work, and etc to find them. A little story about needing to return sd or somthing they left in apt might make it easier to fimd them.
