You got a completed moving in report? Bring a witness when you change the smoke alarm batteries or something. If the tenant is hostile, have an eviction lawyer serve the proper notices. --125.25.xx.xxx |

my wife went to mow the lawn and they had broke the garge door she called them to ask what was wrong with it and they called the police then they made up a list of thing they wanted done to the house. everything had been fine until then now they are being miserable and will only communicate through text message we had been very forgiving, allowing them to have a cat even though the lease says they cant and never charging them the late fees that are in the lease or charging extra for a/c that it calls for in the lease apparently they just wanted to keep pushing till they found my stop point its now --71.169.xxx.xxx |

To evict before the lease term is over, you need to prove violations of the lease or illegal activity. This becomes harder if you have been letting them violate the lease without trying to enforce it. If you're serious about evicting, talk to a lawyer who specializes in evictions to see if you have a case. --70.143.xx.xxx |

My tentant send me an e-mail saying that because of a family emergency she won't be able to pay this mornh rent and she will be leaving the house at the end of the month. Yesterday I went to the house and noticed that she already moved all her stuff but still a little bit. it is clear that she is using the security deposit as rent. But unfortunatelly the house is in BAD, BAD condition, carpet is destroyed, house very dirty. What should I do? change the locks and put her stuff outside tonight? I want to take her to court so she can pay for all of the dsmages and to make sure she does not do it again. --149.101.x.xxx |
