State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)
I have tenents who've been with me for eight years now. They've been very good. The rent has always been paid on time. They're a retired couple. the rental is a 2-bdrm/2-bath w/firplce condo that I've purposely kept the rental price down on. The place rents for $800/mo. I have a negative cash flow of $105/mo.since the new escrow and HOA fee increase. Last yr the neg cash flow was $60mo. I'd like to raise the rent by $15-25 a month.I don't want to risk losing the tenents by raising it higher.
What is the best way for me for me to do this? The lease year ended April 30. I have yet to get the new lease sgreement to them. Thank you. --76.115.xxx.xxx |

Enclose a copy of the HOA increases and raise it by 100bux, with a 30 day notice - how long are willing to subsidize before the shadow covers you from the albatross - if this is a fully paid property maybe you can move from beneath the shadow however if your income which subsidizes this is cut what will be plan-b? --76.241.xxx.x |
