You need to paint between each tenant. If a tenant has been in the apartment for five years, they are entitled to a repaint.
However, if it doesn't need it you can offer it and tell them to put their furniture in the center of the room and call you to let you know when you can come in and paint. They won't do that and you won't have to paint.
If they have smoked up all the walls or damaged them in some other way with scribbling or marks, you can tell them to wash the walls with trisodium phosphate since they smoked up the walls, pile their furniture in the center of the room and call you. They won't do that either.
Put it in writing if an inspector has ordered you to paint. --76.99.xxx.xx |
