Looking at some rental SFH purchasing opportunities in my area - there is a large home for sale and the realtor's description says: "CONSERVATOR'S DEED; NOT A SHORT SALE"...
What is Conservator's Deed and do I wanna mess with it? --98.245.xx.xxx |

It means a conservator is in place to handle the finances of the owner. --173.13.xxx.xxx |

Myself, I would attempt talks with them, if they didn't act in a timely fashion then I would hire the legal gun. I bought a piece of land off a Trustee, was a court appointed lawyer for a BK, they wouldn't answer any calls or mail, I ended using an attorney to get thing moving & done.
Sec. 47-36o. Force and effect of "Conservator's Deed" form. Conservator simply is someone acting for a minor or incapcitated person. In some cases, a public official. No big deal so long as you can get title insurance.
Not sure why a big deal was made about it? These happen all the time. --71.155.xxx.x |

It's no different than buying from a person. It may be easier because the conservator isn't emotionally attached to the property. --173.13.xxx.xxx |
