State Specific Question About: NEW JERSEY (NJ)

Can anyone recommend an attorney who charges a reasonable fee for representation in tenancy court for Middlesex County? Most of my buildings are owned under a partnership and I represent myself. However, I own a building under an S-Corp. and now need attorney representation. Can anyone help?

I don't know Middlesex County but Joe Mooney is the best in Mercer. Maybe he goes up there now and then. You can get his phone no. and ask. --76.99.xxx.xx

Call around and ask if they would do it on commission, and if they collect the judgement. It's still costly, but saves alot of headache. --74.36.xxx.xx
