State Specific Question About: HAWAII (HI)
what rights does an old tenant have if their old landlord has not returned their deposit within 14 days and doesnt give a written statement as to whats being deducted from it??

Don't know about Hawaii, but here in Pennsylvania, landlord has 30 days to send statement of damages along with any amount of escrow remaining.
