I don't charge a rental application fee. If an applicant fills out an application and really wants the apartment, my application states a $20.00 credit/processing fee is required - which is paid in cash.
This is where it separates the lookers from the serious renters. Often times, when they know there is a credit check and fee, it doesn't even progress to the application stage because they know they would not qualify if their credit is bad. --68.229.xx.xx |
