State Specific Question About: NEW JERSEY (NJ)

I really don't think I would need to worry about those kinds of problems. It's one of my wife's sisters and although she does have bi-polar; I don't believe she is violent. Besides, she wants to do her best to get a place of her own with her oldest daughter, but she's going in a 3 month re-hab program soon so after she's out of that, then they can find a place of their own. I just need a rental agreement for now so I can get my mortgage lowered to a more reasonable and affordable rate. Thanks for the concern though.

I looked around online and found some rental agreements, but I had a question. Is there a differance between a rental agreement for an apartment and a rental agreement for a room in a house? Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
