State Specific Question About: WISCONSIN (WI)

If any here have a positive experience with a competent Property Managemt Co in Menasha Wisconson, I would appreciate a name to contact. I have a good friend in the military, deployed in Afganistan, with a single family home there, rented to a friend at HALF of the mortgage payment. Their "friend" did not pay a security deposit and has missed a payment that was never made up, as well as repeatedly being late paying rent. Poor soldier , That's like having your "best" friend tell you he'll watch out after your girl while you're overseas . How many times have I seen that disaster unfold ?? Someone who screws over a friend like that, whether house or girlfriend is a real piece of work. And they wonder why returning GI's come home with "rage" issues. --70.250.xxx.xxx
