State Specific Question About: KENTUCKY (KY)

Hi!

I want to offer payday payment plans/bi-weekly payment plans to my residents in KY, and I'd like to know if this is acceptable/legal in KY.

Also, I'd like to know if discounted rent is acceptable/legal to offer in KY.
