Call your city/county/utility offices to ask about grants to LLs for fix ups...
Most of them are about externial cosmetic fixes...probably not to interiors...except for the higher effieciencies I think... --96.239.xxx.xx |

Sorry but this gets my goat. You want my tax dollars to fix up your property to rent it to Section 8 so rent can be paid for with my tax dollars.

You pay for the repairs and deduct green energy credits, grant money requires special contractor licensing - be sure you obtain copy of license before they kill your place and the city makes them walk away with a property lien costing you more and more. --76.241.xxx.xxx |
