State Specific Question About: RHODE ISLAND (RI)

Am I able to report tenants who regularly fail to make on-time rent payments to the credit bureaus?

I'm a new "landlord" - we are a military family who moved overseas and rented out our RI single-family house. Since they moved in 7 months ago, I have had to e-chase them every month via USPS mail, email and voicemail to get rent payments from them. I have previously sent a RI 10-DAY DEMAND NOTICE FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT, which got their attention and they setup a payment plan with me. That only last 2 payments before they lapsed again. I will be sending another RI 10-DAY DEMAND NOTICE and refusing any type of installment plan. I'd like to tell him I am going to report against his credit score.

Unfortunately, the RI Residential lease agreement we used does not have any language in it about credit reporting.

Any guidance is appreciated!

I am not aware of a way to do this for the small-time landlord
