Does anyone know of a "web board" where names of bad tenants can be posted so that future landlords don't get conned or ripped off? If there isn't one, can one be created here?? I have quite a few names!! --159.142.xxx.x

Surprized by the illegal comment. here the HOC office told me that a list is kept by Landlords in silver Spring, never said anything about illegal. Try - landlordfile.com for list of tenant names. --173.79.xx.xxx
