Hello there everybody!I'm currently looking for a 1-3 bed apt - duplex or house. I have a copy of my credit score and background check ran by iti Citi Credit Bureau & trans union My credit score is 598 and my background check is clear. I have a couple things working against me. My credit score isn't too great and I don't have proof of income due to the fact Im an *scort and a Internet web cam model. I make plenty of money so if it would make you feel comfortable to have me pay 3 months rent in advance plus deposits up to first months rent I'll be willing to do so. I've been told several times that Im the best tentant a person could have. I love to put time and energy in the yard. I'm a non smoker and I'm obsessive about cleanliness. You will always recieve your rent on time if not early each and every month. The property will be left in the same condition you left it in if not improved. So if you have a property in mind for me and are willing to work with me, please give me a call at *** Also I hope someome is pet friendly. I have a 9 pound - 2 y/o shi*szu.

Translation: I am a h**ker that needs at least 2 or 3 bedrooms so that I can hook up my other ho**ker friends with a room so they can be a h**ker. I've forged a copy of my credit report and credit score, so you won't need to charge me any fees. I've also forged a background check, so you won't find out about any felonies or all the times I've been arrested for pr*stitution. I'll be paying rent and deposits in cash, sorry if they're sticky. By the way, you'll have to chase the rent every month because I never pay on time. I'm a slob and can't be trusted to clean or take care of your property or yard. Your house will have nicotine stains on the walls and ceilings because I'm a 3 pack a day smoker and I don't want to go outside to smoke, it's too cold out there. I hope you'll accept my 100lb pit bull (or dobie or rottie, etc.) Really, he's a sweet dog, the only reason he bit that kid was because the kid was walking on the other side of the fence minding his own business! Hopefully if someone is savvy enough to forge a credit report they would forge one with a higher credit score than 598.

While I wouldn't lease to her because her income cannot be documented, maybe in the future she should just state that she is in the sales business. --99.4.xxx.xxx

verify income is one way to avoid these, but sometimes people do this as side work

Those reports are worth the paper they are written on, fold up an airplane and send it up the street, now when you finish the credit application and pay the fee for a real check we will prolly find out all the internet utility shutoffs, and court charges pending payments, and I imagine the credit is half what was forged based on the lifestyle, I do not know any of these people but if they had 1/10 a brain they would own rental property already and be faced with the wacko tenants just like us. --76.241.xxx.xx
