State Specific Question About: WASHINGTON (WA)

I want to collect on a superior court judgement but need advice on what exactly to do. If I hire a collection agency they charge 30% and 50% if the guys gets a promotion that will take him out of state with the same company.

I have all of the info I need to garnish wages and personal property. I have everything...

Is it in my best interest to hire a collection agency, hire a collection lawyer or can I do it on my own through the courts? --68.186.xx.xxx

There is a book you can get on this Site , " Small Claims Court , How to collect the Money you Won" By Jim Martin. Even though you got your Judgment through a higher court the methods used to collect are the same. Most things you can do yourself. --70.244.xxx.xx
