Are you looking for a rental application? This is available in the landlord kit, it is good idea to visit housing court often so you are familiar with the way certain cases are handled regarding late rent and tenant holdovers, these are 2 frustrating problems for every landlord, visit a landlord meeting in your area and you should be able to find someone there who can show you most of the info coded into a credit report and if you have only 1 or 2 places maybe you can have someone there who is already established do credit checks for you. --76.241.xxx.xx

Virden: She isn't looking for a rental application. She was looking for the form that B2 linked to. It's a MN thing -- renters can get a tax credit or something for rent paid -- so there is a form for the LL to fill out indicating how much they paid for rent during the year.

Note that this form was due last week -- so, LuAnn, be sure to do it ASAP. There are fines for not doing it by January 31st if anyone complains/notices.
