What information do you keep track of in a 'rent roll'?

I was thinking of creating one in Excel, but don't reall know the program all that well. Does anyone know of a template available?

thanks

I took a couple of community college classes on Excel a couple of years ago. I can't stress enough the value of doing that as a LL/Business Person. --67.166.xxx.xx

Tex, I don't have an Excel spreadsheet. I just was trying to answer the question. If I did have one I'd be happy to share. I use Quicken Property Manager V2.0.

Perhaps someone who does have Excel setup for a rent roll could help you out. About five years ago I was competent enough on Excel to set up something but I am way to rusty now. --24.136.xxx.x

Also, if annual, anniversary date or beginning date of lease.

Possibly tenant contact info - phone #

Organize info as desired .... --24.192.xxx.xxx
