State Specific Question About: MINNESOTA (MN)
Can you direct me as to where I find the end of year form to give to renters for tax purposes as to what they have paid? --204.77.xx.xxx |

Not sure why you need to.
How does it affect their taxes? I never received anything while I was renting in my younger days, either. Who told you that you need to do this? --68.91.xxx.xx |

You have not answered my question. Every year I need to provide to the renter a statement of rent paid that year for their taxes. This is what I can't remember where to find this form. --204.77.xx.xxx |

Just do a google search on Minnesota Certificate of Rent Paid. You will get a link to the form on the state department of revenue website.
You must have this form filled out and to each adult renter by Jan 31.
Minnesota has a property tax refund and renters also qualify. It's based on income and amount of rent paid. --75.73.xxx.xxx |
